Worth The Wait
The communication regarding the shipping progress left a lot to be desired. While I did get some tracking information much of it was inaccurate and definitely unreliable. The massage chair actually arrived four days after I received the message that it had been delivered. However the wait and uncertainty turned out to be worth it. Once we got it placed where we wanted it the massage was great. The owners manual is not very helpful. There was more information in the advertisement on the website about its use than in the manual. Luckily the massage chair is quite easy to use and once setup it’s ready for use. Through trial and error you will be able to find just the right setting for your favorite massage.
