My husband and I use these all the time. We took them to our Doctor and he said they were safe for us to take every day. We take them about an hour or so before we are ready to go to bed. The one thing is when you start to feel tired do not fight them just go to bed if you do fight through the I am sleepy feeling sometimes you may end up feeling to awake to go to sleep.
