I have looked at these earrings same exact ones size and 14 k more expensive ; with these earrings I take a pearl with a hole drilled in and put it on the and place a rubber clear backing for pierced ears it's quite nice or you can swap it out for your birthstone as long as it has a whole drilled in one side then back it with a clear rubber back I suppose you could take any bead as long as it has a hole through it and you have a clear rubber back it'll work have fun.
