Made for half child, half plus sized adult

I bought this in 3 colors, size 2X. I will be returning them. I don't have enough faces to palm for the way these garments were made. The bottom was made for a 2X size adult. The top was made for a 10 year old. The breast cups are 'A' and the top of the garment is only half as wide as my chest. It looks absurd! The "panties" it comes with are not panties at all. It's just a small triangle of fabric attached to strings. There is no way a person who wears a size 2X could even get these on, let alone cover enough.
