This is complicated
It seems to be well-made, but even though I fall within 3X it seems a little too big so doesn't offer the support I need. Especially when the hinges are removed, the back gap behind the knee is too large, reducing greatly needed support. In my opinion, the trade-off with heat reduction is not worth it, especially when heat might promote healing. I was going to return this item, because the cost begets a return on investment that does not add up at all, but I need to wear it so much, that I have just hung my head and suffered the consequences of the purchase.
