Exactly as described. Excellent packing. Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Vent works very well. High speed is a little loud but speeds one and two are quiet. No problem to clean filter inserts. Lights are located in the rear and cover the cooking surface well. Two settings high and low. Good value for the money.

Great quality and price

I just installed the vent in a new kitchen renovation and I (and more importantly, my wife) am very happy with it. The quality is excellent for the price; as good as one costing three times the amount. I would buy it again. One suggestion: On the website, there needs to be a notation of where the electric outlet should be placed to plug in the hood. This, of course, needs to be placed well before the hood is installed. It could be that I missed it but I added an outlet the ended up behind the hood so modifications were required. Even so, I'd still recommend the unit to anyone needing a great vent hood.

I just purchased the walnut 42" hood and it looks amazing. It installed within an hour complete with electrical and venting. It was the perfect addition to our summer kitchen. Not only does it look great, it is quiet and the lights are perfect for added light over the grill. I am looking forward to using it this summer.
