100 Grit Size- Coarse and rought. Ideal for filling poly nail extension, gel nails, acrylic nails.
180 grit size - Medium sharp and medium rough. Ideal for filling artificial nails and acrylic nails.
All nail files are double sides, the higher grit it has, the finer the surface it gets and will be more suitable for soft nails.
If you want to shape false nails, 100/180 grit will be a good option, for natural nails or softer false nails, you can get 180/240 directly.
