Delivers what it promises

I used it for my first attempt to make Tom Kha soup, and this little paste delivered all the flavors I am used to tasting in the Thai restaurants. My soup was not as good as the restaurant versions of course, but the flavors were there. After that I used it as a base for a marinade for fish, and it turned out pretty good. Then used the leftover marinade as a base for a sauce for the fish, and that was great.
