Happy to find a vitamins broken down into the absorbable forms. 60% of humans cannot absorb B12 and folate like everyone else (I am one of them) so this vitamin does that for you. Little large in size, but not a major issue. Great vitamin

Worth a try
I have had a sense of wellness since I started taking these pills. I haven't gained any more energy, but my mind feels healthier. It is beneficial, in my opinion. I cannot compare it to other brands, so I cannot tell if it is better or just as good as other multivitamins that cost less.
