very labor intensive. Beautiful lights for a minute but really fragile. Two strands broke within 3 days of installation due to cheap production of where the wires connect to the main wire and they DO NOT last 8 hours. If you go out and manually shut off the charger so they charge all day in bright sun, you might get 4 hours of use but if you just set them up and leave them there to charge all day, an hour of light is about all you get. Of course if you bring the power packs in and charge them via USB, they stay lit about 6 hours, but when you are using several strands for your yard this is a huge PIA. The whole point of solar yard lights is set them up and enjoy them every night, not spend the day manually charging them and repairing the individual wires that broke because the wind blew a bit in the night.
