The patch came folded, bent, and wrinkled probably because it had been stuffed into a smaller envelope. Had to request a refund. Also, the patch itself is quite thin.

This was most ridiculous for $6.64. I received one small patch expecting several patches. Took several days for it to come and then what a disappointment. The description needs to be clear that you are getting a 4-in by 2 in patch and that's it nothing else.
