It was light in texture and taste It was perfect My husband made it for me for Mother's Day He did a single layer sheet cake Then topped it off with a whipped cream cheese frosting In a terrible economy it's nice to still be able to count on Betty Crocker for excellent cakes. What's a celebration without cake
