Nutritious and Delicious
My husband recently started the Keto diet and he likes these bars. At first the taste was a little hard to get used too im assuming because of the grass fed whey, but after a while we gott used to the taste. And I love how healthy they are.They aren't too crunchy and not too gooey like peanut butter. It has the right amount of crunchy and chewiness.One bar and some fruits is enough to keep you clenched (full) till dinner time. Its definitely the perfect protein snack after a workout.

Great taste
I really enjoyed the taste of these protein bars. They had a very good peanut butter flavor along with chocolate chips. The consistency was chewy and the size was large so it really filled me up. I ate it between breakfast and lunch and I found I wasn't even hungry for lunch after that. I am trying to stay away from carbs so the big amount of protein was perfect. Also that they are Keto friendly. Very easy to take along with me so I can have one to curb my hunger. I keep them close by while I am working from home on the computer so it's easy to grab and eat to satisfy me.

Husband really likes these protein bars
The Atlas peanut butter and chocolate chip protein bars aren't very sweet, not grainy on the palate, and packed with good stuff. It has ingredients like organic Ashwagandha and Monk fruit for stress reduction and anti-inflammatory properties. I got them for my husband and he liked them. He eats one for breakfast every morning when he goes to work. His demanding job requires him to be on his feet all day so he needs a little boost in nutrition. He finds them filling and enhances his energy level. Each bar provides 15 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber. He says he's not hungry for 3-4 hours after eating the protein bar. He describes them as having a peanutty flavor and very mildly sweet. The chocolate chips are not too noticeable. I am so happy he really enjoys them.
