    NO HEAT SHIELDS!!!!

    So I get both the left and right Fog Light Lamps in for my 04 F-150 and my first impression was WOW, it seemed to be of the same quality as the originals. HOWEVER, when I removed the originals I noticed something different. The originals have a heat shield in the top of them, these don't. Looking at the pictures on Wal-Marts web site (again), the plastic clips are there alright, but some genius decided they didn't need to have heat shields installed in them. Whether they should or should not be there as a heat shield is to be determined. Only thing I'm concerned with now is the weep hole at the top (directly above the bulb) to allow the Lamps to breath (which was the same as the original) and whether or not the Heat Shield helped keep moisture or water off the bulbs...……
