Does the work fast and efficiently.

The Microplane Classic Series Original Stainless Steel Zester does the work fast and efficiently and surprisingly, even though it doesn't have a handle, it doesn't hurt to hold it. I used my non-dominant hand to hold the fruit, and my dominant hand to hold the zester on top of the fruit so that the zest collects in the zester channel. Much easier this way and the length of the zester helps too. I grated two oranges and froze the rind so I don't have to buy an orange just to get the rind.
