Celtic sea salt has sooo many health benefits. This is like having electrolyte water. It tastes similar to Liquid IV without the fruit taste because of the minerals within the salt. This is an age old remedy and great for your health. I put a 1/2 tsp in my lemon water every morning and trust me a little goes a long way! This keeps me hydrated and feeling my best. This Celtic sea salt was really delicious and what I had been looking for. My nephew (who is a “top doc”) recommended this salt. I was told it is an extremely “clean” product from the non polluted Irish North Sea with no plastic pollution due to its extreme northerly location, and extremely low in sodium. Also, please note that it is very concentrated…only a very small pinch will work. Enjoy!!!
