We learned of SPORICIDIN over a decade ago from a biological expert on mold remediation. This product is a mainstay in our household as it kills mold, bacteria, viruses including Covid, etc. When sickness occurs we apply it to every communal surface by spraying it onto paper towels and wiping those thoroughly. It successfully eliminates it from spreading. It has a very pleasant smell. Although it does not have a locked top I do wear disposable gloves. It is more cost effective when purchasing 4 gals. This Sporicidin seller is very reputable and ships our order promptly.

Made my lips numb when spraying mold
I didn't realize how strong of an odor this product leaves behind and other side effects. I needed to kill mold throughout a house and inhibit its ongoing growth. This product is phenol based and smelling like a doctor's office is an understatement. It smells like a biology lab when dissecting dead animals. if you spray too much it can also make your lips numb. I only used it on one closet and could not wait for the smell to go away. I pitched the remainder 4 gallons that I purchased.
