The Soft Lines "Leashes for Beaches" program was launched to provide a longer swim leash for the dog's enjoyment. It also met the leash laws being enforced in beach areas. The swim snap leash features a "Stainless Steel" spring hook that sheds sand and will not clog or rust with exposure to water. The leashes float and will not tangle in your dogs legs when swimming. Other leashes sink and pull down on the dog. This leash keeps your dog safe and secure when swimming and protects them from dangerous hidden currents. All of Soft Lines leash products are made from multifilament polypropylene fibers. The leashes stay soft and pliable even in cold conditions and the fibers will not sliver. This custom woven product has built in stretch and also releases knots easier than nylon or cotton ropes. The specific gravity of poly rope is less than water so it naturally floats.
