The company “PicturesOnGold” is Criminal

Zero stars. They sent me a cheap version of the solid white gold pendant I ordered. I contacted them for a return label so I can send it back for the one I actually paid for. It took them 2 weeks and several emails to email me a simple return label. I returned the item almost 2 weeks ago and they keep telling they have to check with their return department. I keep emailing them for a refund because I just can't deal with this anymore and now not even a response. They have kept my money and the product I returned. I placed this order in December 2023 before Christmas. Walmart you should not have this company on your website ripping off customers. I have no choice but to seek legal action. This company is a scam and criminal. I have never had such an experience in my life. Absolutely disgusting. “PictureOnGold” is a scam.
