This tape measure has a 10 foot blade reach, and the blade life last twice as long as any other tape measure that I have purchased. Let me start by saying that I am always working on a project either at home or at work and a tape measure is very important to everything that I do. I have found with other measures, that they fade or tear with frequent use. This tape measure is completely different. The Powerlock Tape Measure is very durable (I dropped it a million times), and very exact. I found it to be easy to use, easy to transport, and very high quality. You are going to pay a little more than you would with some of the other tape measures but they won't last as long or do the job near as well. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it to anyone needing a high quality tape measure that is built to last.
