Critic-Aid Clear Moisture Barrier Ointment contains dimethicone to hydrate and condition skin and allow for easy application and removal and white petrolatum which provides the strongest protection against irritants and helps avoid the softening and breaking down of skin tissue due to incontinence. Its clear formulation allows for skin assessment without removing the ointment while CMC allows it to adhere to intact, eroded, wet, and weepy skin.
