soft and pretty. They run pretty big...I originally ordered an XL but they were way too baggy in the thighs (and I'm pretty big).I put in a second order for Large. They fit Perfect and the length was much better (I'm only 5"2).The color is pretty, not pink not mauve but some kind of mixture of the two.
