This is my second time purchasing a body scrub from ABRA THERAPEUTICS, and this time I chose the lavender and lemon balm scent in a 397g jar. What I love about these scrubs is the perfect balance of price and quality. I prefer salt-based scrubs because they seem to work better for my skin. Salt has a finer texture compared to sugar and affects the skin differently. Besides exfoliating, salt also has disinfecting properties. If you have any breakouts on your body, you can use this scrub as a preventative measure, which is what I do. Another thing I love is the larger volume, and I find salt scrubs more economical than sugar scrubs. You need less product to achieve the same results, which I've noticed through experience. The formula also includes moisturizing ingredients like aloe vera, coconut oil, sunflower oil, a blend of essential oils, and vitamin E. I believe this jar will last me anywhere from three to five months, so I find this purchase extremely cost-effective and worth it!
