This is the exact strap my physical therapist had me use in therapy. The first time I used it, I literally ordered it sitting in the parking lot outside the clinic. it makes my flexibility exercises so much easier! I have definitely noticed my progress. The loops are easy to hold and you can easily increase and decrease the length by changing the loop you hold. Buying it was one of the best things I ever did for myself.
