Fame Dance Workout (DVD), Lions Gate, Sports & Fitness

This is the first time that I had bought and tried a dance workout video. Also, I'm not familiar with the Fame movie, this DVD was on sale so I thought I'd try a cheap one before buying a full priced one to see if I liked it. Overall, it's not too bad. You defiantly get an awesome workout. The only thing I suggest if you buy this, is make sure you have A LOT of space to work with. I thought that it was going to be simple little routines that I could do in my decent sized bedroom, I'm working with about a 6'x8' space, but nope. The first workout fits fine with my space, I just have to alter it a little bit, but the other 2, there is NO WAY. I could just barely do the last one in my living room. I really enjoyed the first workout/dance a lot. I'm just going to keep doing it over and over again until I can do it in my sleep. :-) I am glad that I bought this though because I found out that I really enjoy working out while dancing, so I will be trying other dance/workout DVDs.

90% of this dvd is instructional. At the they put three dances together and repeat three times. This is not workout dvd. You will have to back the dvd up over and over again to get more than a minute workout.
