Quality isn't very good

There's a little “button” you have to press to release the rack and a few months after I bought it, the button dropped to somewhere in the cavity and unfortunately I never was able to get it out so it just sits there collecting dust now. The rack itself is sturdy but with the poor design of the weak button it makes this product useless.
