6' 175, 33" waist. Bought large & they are a bit loose but the drawstring solves that. 100% cotton is hard to find and for this price, they are a great value. Length was 30.5" and they will shrink a bit - but, when I take them out of the washer, I stretch them while damp, dry on low and I don't lose length.
