I love these mixes! I mix two packs and always add "extras" like a few tablespoons of oil for moisture, lemon rind for zing, vanilla for yum, and top with sanding sugar. Two packs makes a dozen cupcake size muffins. Always a hit and usually gone in a Jiffy!

I've always used these simple to make cakes, muffins, etc. I don't think they are an extreme health habit, but they are good to have once a week treat. Some so called healthy ones aren't healthy if you eat too many. Moderation is the key to anything you eat ! Time to eat time to fast….its in the Bible..time to live time to die..
