Before anyone disagrees, no, this does not taste like Lea %26 Perrins. That does not mean it tastes bettee or that it tastes worse. It just means it tastes different. This isn't like A1 sauce knockoffs that never taste better. This Worcestershire sauce adds a distinct flavor in my whole meat marinades and burger mixtures that taste really good. Sometimes, I do opt for Lea %26 Perrins if I want another specific flavor, but for others, I opt for Great Value. At first, it was because of the extremely lower price, but now it's because of the price and the distinct flavor. I can add more herbs like dill with this where I wouldn't with Lea %26 Perrins. I sometimes use this to make my own steak sauce that has a tangier flavor than A1. That is the word. It doesn't have a lesser tang. It just has a different tang. Works good for those on a budget, but also for anyone wanting to try a slightly different flavor.

Great Value Worcestershire Sauce contains only 5 calories per serving. We all know and love Heinz or Lea %26 Perrins but maybe not the higher cost. Great Value offers a good value for its price. Instead of sugar, it contains caramelized sugar syrup and high-fructose corn syrup. Overall, it can be a suitable choice for those looking for an affordable Worcestershire sauce option than to original. I go back and forth between all three brands.
