If you are feeling sentimental about your childhood and craving a vegan version of the basic boxed Kraft mac-n-cheese, here you go. This tastes more like that Kraft than Kraft's (new) plant-based version of that boxed basic (which is also good.) I added nooch for extra taste and nutritional value. Bonus that this is gluten-free, for those who need that. I didn't realize this until after the pasta had cooked but wasn't disappointed. Also, as others noted, this is NOT the same product as Daiya's Deluxe Mac %26 Cheeze! They are different styles. This isn't meant to be gourmet food, people. It is cruelty-free nostalgia in a box for $2-3. You keep a couple in your pantry for those days when you just can't be bothered to slay in the kitchen or just yearn for the simple life of being a kid, (or because your kids will eat it).
