My son and I moved this heavy mattress right in after delivery and opened it up. As soon as we cut the plastic it immediately started inflating really fast. It was fun to watch! It's been 24 hours and it is fully inflated, firm but soft. I took a nap and have slept so good I didn't want to get out of bed! No back pain and I woke up feeling extra energized! You will not regret this purchase!

I like the mattress, it's a very nice mattress upgrade for me from a very soft (old) firmness level mattress to this medium firm one. I don't like soft mattress, so I was looking for a mattress at least has medium firmness level, and it turns out this is a pretty nice firmness mattress. It was a bit game changer for me from the old soft (sink into mattress) to this brand-new medium firmness mattress, when I first sat/laid on it I thought it was too firm (hard) but after couple nights of sleeping on it I found myself have better sleeps and waking up less in the middle of the night. The only con side I would say is heavier and more difficult to maneuver compares to memory foam mattress especially if you're handling it alone, so please have your partner or friend to assist you when moving it to avoid hurting yourself. It arrived in a slim box, you will need to take it out of the cardboard box then remove the plastic wrapping carefully with the box cutter provided in the package (because you don't want to accidentally cut the mattress itself). Once it's out of the box and plastic wrapping, place it on a flat surface for 72 hours for it to form into the original shape/size. This is the part where it becomes difficult to maneuver once it's fully formed but overall it's a comfortable mattress and happy with my purchase, and highly recommended.
