When using Annie's Flat Dumplings Old Fashion for soup, it is the best. Quinoa and Ham are not ingredients I use. Chicken Breast, Short Thighs or Beef, Roast with seasoning like Salt and Coarse Black Pepper, Basil, Oregano, Cumins, Rosemary, Vegetables, with different types of Onions, Green, Red, Bell Peppers, etc. For Fajitas, useing the same seasoning except the dumplings. Sodium should always be a concern for Health purposes. I suggest (Moderation) is the key.
