Seller Verified Purchase

Disappointed

Received the box which was previously opened & re-strapped. The clear tape was cut. NO Packing list. Fairly sure there are parts missing. Contacted seller, a report was written up. NO follow ups by the seller. Really disappointed in how this has been handled so far. Contemplating returning item even thought this was a Christmas present. Learned from the comments, the problem is with Black Horse. However, it is the responsibility of the seller to correct the problem.
