Good fries, nice size and texture.

Pricier than the store brands, but not by much and your not risking getting smaller or possibly mashed taters molded into fry shape. Hard to beat the classic crinkle cut for home cooking. One of the few foods that I remember tasting the same 30 years ago as they do today. Little salt, maybe a dash of black pepper as well. If you're feeling extravagant, season with some Lowry's style seasoning like the fried chicken places do.
