Storage Appliance Corporation ("we", "our", "us") will, at our option, repair or replace any product found defective in materials or manufacture within three years from the date of purchase (the "warranty period"), provided the notification to us is given within the warranty period and the product is returned to an authorized facility. The warranty period is determined by the date of original retail purchase. To verify the warranty period, an original copy of the purchase receipt is required.If replacement parts are used in making repairs, these parts may be remanufactured, or may contain remanufactured materials. If it is necessary to replace the entire product, it may be replaced with a remanufactured product. Warranty provisions shall not extend the original warranty period. The costs of shipping the product to us for repairs shall be borne by the customer. If we are unable to repair or replace the product, we will, at our option, refund the purchase price paid for the product provided the product has been returned to us along with proof of purchase price paid. Repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price are the sole remedies under the warranty. Opening the outer casing of any non-optical media product will automatically void this warranty. All future versions of software and hardware are not guaranteed to be compatible with this product. WE MAKE NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY FOR THIS PRODUCT AND DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
