Very Good!

Very good book and very helpful! The information is very helpful and I feel that the author is very knowledgable. The 7 day program can be complicated if you don't have the proper resources. For instance, owning your own video camera or a camera that takes video with sound is a must for the program exercises. You could go without, but might not get the full results from the program.
