Bra runs very very very small....

I really liked this top ,the color is beautiful,I like the look of it,but, belive this it wou have been to small for a child...I wear a small size and I bought a large because of the reviews said it ran small....well that was an under statement, it's, not big enough for a child....I needed a XXLarge,maybe even a XXXLarge, I was so disappointed, because I use these tops to wear when I have medical test done at the hospital, no under wire in the cup ?
