Boat part number 1103376 is a new U bolt/bow eye from Epco, part number 16-136-04200 .

This bow eye is constructed out of stainless steel with a natural finish. It measures approximately 2 7/8" H x 2 1/4" W overall. It mounts via (2) 3/8" threaded bolts set apart approximately 1 3/8" center to center.
