We're extremely evenly tough on our furniture so I was looking for something that looked good and is durable but also didn't break the bank. We have 4 dogs and so far we've had it 4 months and it's held up to the zombies, movie nights and super comfortable. The fabric is starting to slightly wear in “my seat” but nothing major. It likely has more to do with having to vacuum it more than anything. Fur does get stuck in it easily but if you don't have a ton of dogs it's easy to keep clean. Even with 4 large dogs it's not hard to maintain. We love it! Im actually here to find an ottoman from the same manufacturer lol
