It's hard to find gluten-free pasta without soy so thank you for all the soy people that can't do Perelli's or other gluten-free pastas but this one that you offer for an extremely expensive price but happy to buy it doesn't have soy in it and that makes it wonderful for allergic people

Great GF, worth the extra cost

We've tried a lot, and I mean a lot of GF items over the years, and this one is our favorite for pastas. Nice texture, good flavor, a little pricey, but we don't eat pasta enough to mind the extra cost. Just a note...most times I don't rinse pasta after cooking, but this one will stick together in a giant gooey mess if you don't.
