this is a great gluten-free option. I like the fact it is whole grain brown rice. it's organic. of course it's very caloric, but if you splurge every now and then on some pasta this is a fabulous healthier choice. Great ingredients. Cooks up good. I've only cooked it once so I think it takes a little bit of practice getting used to how to cook it/ prepare it. (not too much though). pretty simple. will definitely purchase again. has a good taste. it is a little pricier but everything that's healthier usually is.
