It's hard to find gluten-free pasta without soy so thank you for all the soy people that can't do Perelli's or other gluten-free pastas but this one that you offer for an extremely expensive price but happy to buy it doesn't have soy in it and that makes it wonderful for allergic people

This is really good!! I made beef stroganoff %26 used this instead of spaetzle or other egg noodles, %26 the dish turned out fantastic! They held up to the sauce, had a great texture, %26 even trying one on their own, taste great. If the price was a tad cheaper, I'd use these instead of my normal things. We ate it so fast I forgot a pic!!
