Trees suck

The description on these trees state they are realistic in appearance. I bought 3 hoping they were are described. They have 3 different materials. Some are plastic then randomly have the cheap garland, and the trunk section has cheap garland with brown intertwined. I bought them online however I returned them to the store because they looked so awful and was informed, they could not accept them because they were a third party deal. Walmart associates sent a message so that I could return them to the sender. Well guess what it was going to cost me $115 to send the each tree back and I only paid $154 now how is that for customer service on this vender. No where does it state that the vender doesn't accept returns.
