Outstanding service!

This review is more about the service, than the product itself.I purchased a set of tow mirrors through 1a Auto. The mirrors are great! Unfortunately, shortly after installing them another driver crossed the line causing our mirrors to impact each other. This caused little damage to the mirror but the top cap was lost.I contacted 1aAuto for a replacement cap which they sent immediately. It turned out to be the wrong cap. I contacted them and explained the issue. They promptly refunded my money and went out of their way to locate the correct part. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and courteous! I will absolutely be calling on 1aAuto for future needs.Thank you all!Most respectfullyCA Martino

2016 F150 tow mirror caps

The caps fit great, had a little trouble explaining over the phone.. needed the one's that did not taper in on the outside of the mirror cap. But in the end, got it right
