Makes great mayo

Much better tasting than unroasted almond oil. I mixed it half and half w/ avocado oil and made mayonnaise with it and gives a nice flavor dipping veggies. I really like it. BTW: Their walnut oil works pretty well, too. To make mayo see YouTube, but remember to warm the oil to about 100°F first or you end up with soup.
