While too early to rate durability and water resistance...

It adequately covered my JD E140 and withstood a recent heavy storm with 50+ MPH winds. Seat was dry, mower started so, for now, 4 stars until it has some time under its belt. Covers like this tend to not fare well in sunlight, I'll wait until end of season to update if necessary.
