bell riderz lit up streamers

The one streamer didn't work. So we have to make a return. Here's the other issue, the streamer is held in place with a long stick. Once upon a moon ago, streamers on bike handles had holders that were like prongs. The streamer part is often gone on a well loved bike but the prong isn't. Perhaps these are meant only for brand new bikes? Even then I'm not convinced they will stay in the grips. I would not recommend these as replacements. They simply will not stay put - not to mention the one that did not light up at all. :( Disappointed.
