Happy Liver
Taking milk thistle just gives me piece of mind. I usually take it in the evening. I like to take it every other week. I have read many articles and some studies of its benefits. My goal is to keep a healthy liver and I feel milk thistle will assist me with doing that.

I can't say enough good things, it works!
if you have any liver issues go do a deep dive on milk thistle, I found some really interesting info in a book published in the 1970s that made me go huh I'm going to try this. Worked for me! I tell EVERYONE give it a go!
