Serious Steel Fitness 78" Resistance Band | Agility and Sprinting Band

The 78" Serious Steel Fitness agility and speed work band is a perfect companion for those looking to increase explosive power and speed.

These bands are ideal for lateral runs, back pedal, sprints and partner pulls. Use with a partner or by yourself simply by choking the band around a fixed object.

Each purchase is for a single band unless otherwise noted. Bands are 100% Natural Latex and are over 99.9% free of soluble proteins (latex allergens).

HOW TO USE

Choke the band at waist level, sprint forward to a fixed spot turn and walk slowly back forcing yourself against the resistance of the band for a simple yet effective speed workout.
