i'm obsessed. i got these as a test drive. i couldn't find to any professional shoes to wear to work, as i'm in the legal field, to help with my falling arches. i've gotten compliments, i could wear them all day and they even came with two inserts to let me decide which was best for my foot. i feel like the people complaining of the heel issues perhaps didn't order the right size, though i did order a half a size smaller based upon other reviews i read and they fit perfectly. i have zero issues and have had that issue in the past with shoes that didn't quite fit properly.
